7TH GAYATRI DEVI BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT- A VICTORY FOR GOENKAN BOYS’ AND GIRLS’ TEAM

The Final Boys’ Match of the 7th  Gayatri Devi Goenka Memorial Basketball Tournament was between our very own  school team and ITL Public School. The match was packed with adrenaline and cut-throat competition. While our team scored baskets after baskets with superb precision, the opponent was backing it up by a series of 3-pointers with a perfect aim. The passing between members of both the teams was incredible and their teamwork was remarkable. With a beautiful array of alleys, taps, 3-pointers, extraordinary lay-ups, the match was unforgettable. Truly a “never to miss match”, but ultimately G.D. Goenka Public school bagged the trophy and remains unbeaten. Also our girls’ school team won laurels by winning over Lorreto Convent School.
