Jaivir Singh Bhatia of XI F won 1 Gold & 1 Silver in the Senior National Equestrian Championship in Show Jumping event held at Hyderabad Polo Riding Club, Hyderabad in March, 2016.

Jaivir Singh Bhatia of XI F won 1 Silver in The Delhi Horse Show in Show Jumping event held at Army Equestrial Centre, New Delhi from 29th March – 7th April, 2016.

*Jaivir Singh Bhatia of XI F will participate in the FEI International Championship in Show Jumping event to be held at Army Equestrial Centre, New Delhi from 3rd – 14th December, 2016.

Jaivir Singh Bhatia of XI F won 1 Gold (Team) & 1 Silver (Individual)  in the German Nationals in Show Jumping event held at Hunster, Germany from 3rd – 7th July, 2016.

Jaivir Singh Bhatia of XI F won 1 Silver (Team) in the Beijing Horse Show in Show Jumping event held at Beijing from 9th – 16th June, 2016.

Jaivir Singh Bhatia of XI F won 1 Gold (Team) & 1 Bronze (Individual)  in the Summer Equestrian Games in Show Jumping event held at South Korea from 19th – 26th  May, 2016.

Inter School Aquatic Meet

Our school participated in Inter School Aquatic Meet at Talkatora Swimming Pool from 8th – 11th November, 2016.

Saanvi Sood got selected for School National Games to be held at Rajkot from 25th – 29th November, 2016.

INTER-HOUSE TURNCOAT DEBATE 2016-2017

On 11th November 2016 the inter-house turncoat debate took place among the four houses – Vivekananda house, Radhakrishna house, Tagore house and Teresa house. It was held in the school auditorium with classes 9th, 10th and 12th as the audience. The audience was very interested in the debate and watched silently, expressing their views only later.

The participants were:

Akanksha Gadh of class X-C from Tagore house,

Anaika Mehra of class X-A from Teresa house,

Nishtha Jindal of class X-C from Radhakrishna house and

Zoya S. Kumar of class X-B from Vivekananda house.

The judges were Mrs. Prabhjot Butalia , Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur and Mrs. Harpreet Kaur. The debate was judged on the basis of matter, confidence, expressions, manner of speech, etc. The topics were chosen by a draw of lots. They were very current and of interest to everyone. The participants were given a choice between a topic based on politics and a philosophical one. The debate was held in two rounds. Each participant was given two minutes to prepare. They had to speak for one minute on both sides of the topic – for and against. The results were announced by Mrs. Prabhjyot Butalia. They were as follows:

The first position was shared by Akanksha Gadh of Tagore house and Nishtha Jindal of Radhakrishna house.

The second position went to Zoya S. Kumar of Vivekananda house.

In the second round

The first position went to Akanksha Gadh of Tagore house

Hardik Aggarwal – A Goenkan Star

1)  Hardik won the best bowler award in England by taking 15 wickets in 7 matches by representing Turf Sports Management 

2)   Hardik represented Delhi in the Super 7 National School Games (School Games Federation of India) which were held in Telangana 2016

3)  Hardik will represent Delhi in the Senior Nationals which will take place in Ludhiana in December
